Edit: Dang, I'm not saying I'm good but there's another sneak peek on Twitter that says "Greenie returns" and shows a bit of the left side, and it sure looks like the little guy!
Looks like him!

There's a reason we're on "2".

BTW The SEC sticker is going viral as Tulane "trolling Lane Kiffin". I've seen mention of the photo on national sites (Sports Illustrated, etc.).

I’ve seen it more of “trolling Ole Miss”. The idea to include something about the sec championships was well before Kiffin’s comments this week.

Wow, this outlet took it as a possible hint of SEC expansion? That's a stretch.

I read it as a request in 1990, not currently.

It clearly digresses into that discussion but the first line seems to act like it's a discussion point now. Regardless, it's pointless and a complete tangent from the current helmet sticker situation...

Your constant non-support of these threads PROVES that. Where were you the last three years when the Wave went to 3 bowl games and won two of those? If you can't support that kind of success then you are the one that has the problem. I realize that Tulane has the kind of a program that will not be a threat to win championship after championship. They are simply a reasonably small private school that fields a relatively competent team most years and a really good team every so often. If that's not enough for you, then there is a team in Alabama you might want to follow. But if there is any drop off in their production we know you will be jumping ship for one in Ohio or Michigan or heaven forbid, one in Baton Rouge.

So put your whole heart into following Tulane, no matter what their record is year by year, and then someone will call you a true fan and not a fairweather one.

What on earth kind of gaslighting is this? Where was I the last three years when we went to bowl games? Oh, gee, I don't know, maybe single-handedly saving our 2018 season/Willie Fritz's coaching career? http://yogwf.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=51 ... 93#p729893

Or perhaps securing our bowl victory vs USM? http://yogwf.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=53430

There's many other examples (look no further back than last week) but the search function on this board seems to have changed for the worse. Nevertheless, I will not stand idly by while you try to claim that supporting your threads (which have been proven over and over to cause us to lose) equals supporting the Wave when in fact the opposite is clearly true.

Ole Miss...this game is definately a winnable game. We have shown over the first few weeks of this season that the this game vs the Rebels is certainly winnable for this '21 Tuane Green Wave team. We CAN score, most definately, although the 69 points last game was honestly a cause/effect of the quality of team we faced in Morgan State. And we are proving to be fairly proficient when the defence is called upon to do their job. Plus we DO HAVE a QB that looks he is getting better at performing his job better and better as his career rolls on. Roll Wave. Let's go out and earn that "W" vs the Rebs.

Their explosive offense will be a litmus test for our revamped D.

They have O playmakers and we appear to defend the long play/pass better this year. Can the Tulane D line put pressure on Their QB?

Rumors are that we will test their run defense… I trust our O will be competitive!

Tulane - Ole Miss - will Kiffen sniff at the USC job, they think their QB is best in SEC, typical SEC hype that makes it fun… let’s see what happens.

Kiffen, or should I say USC, has already been there and done that. Don't think that is an option. Good matchup and test for both teams. Hope the weather holds. Let's Rock and ROLL WAVE!!!

Speaking of the weather for Oxford on Saturday, it looks kinda gloomy. I've checked several sites and they mostly agree that there will be some rain there, but nothing too heavy. We'll see. I hope for those of you that are going to the game that the weather won't bee TOO bad. In any case, Roll Wave, beat the Rebs.
