Aviles strange hit went viral. He also had 2 doubles, a triple and a HR between the two games.

We get to play them 8 times. We’ve got a leg up on the rest of the conference with that. It’s a weak year in the AAC. I Won’t be surprised at all if we finish in the top 4 in the conference and bring TJ back.

Especially since those other games were only preseason, so to speak

But seriously, it will sort of validate that claim.

In my mind the only thing that would validate his spring training claim is if we go on a great run and get an at-large bid winning like 37 games. As it is, we can go 18-14 in AAC play, finish in 2nd place and we’ll still be missing the tournament. That would make his claims invalid to anyone that views making the postseason as the goal.

pitching improving as we go along; Benoit with a strong outing.
but base running errors and fielding mishaps continue to plague the Wave.
need a win Saturday and need Olthoff and Minder back in the lineup

Question.

Do tickets for the AAC games cost more than the ones for spring training?

I think they’re the same price, you just don’t have to travel to Arizona or South Florida* to see them

Wins today as well to win the series, outscoring Memphis 26-5 the last 3.
