Just happened to catch Roberto Pena playing for the Johnson City Doughboys of the Appalachian League this weekend. I went to see my local team and was very surprised to see him come up to bat for JC. He's not listed on the release put out by the school and he didn't come up in my searches earlier in the season.

Anyway, I'm very glad to have caught a couple of his at bats and will keep an eye on him the rest of this summer. Apparently Turner Thompson is also listed in the Appy League now, but I think he's transferring right?
