Mike Martz hired.

Could he be the next Marshall Faulk? : )

Wow, that is indeed good news for Matt! Now if only they sell Cutler on Matt's abilities.

I was thinking that this is really bad news for Matt, as Martz has a reputation for being pass happy. Matt has shown to be a very capable reciever, however, so there might be more emphasis on that aspect of his game.

In any event, I hope that Matt bounces back after a bit of a sophmore slump. In general, he didn't take too much heat from the local media or fans this year because of all the Cutler interceptions and the lackluster offensive line play, but I doubt that Chicagoans will be as forgiving next year.

G-d could be the OC and the offense will suck as long as they have no OL

Pretty sure the NFL has rules against him being the Bears' OC while still being the Saints' QB.

Matt has a new running mate, Chester Taylor (former Vike).

The reality in the NFL these days is who "starts" at RB is meaningless. I believe Bush is officially the starter for the Saints more often than not. But Pierre gets most of the carries. And the NFL has become almost entirely a platoon league at RB. Just the nature of the game now.

Taylor's presence might help Matt get better at what he is good at - which to me seems to be a pass catching in the seams type back.

Parapharsing or quoting?

I revised my original statement. I thought I had changed it, so I put it paraphrase. I am happy to take your word for it if I did not. However, I am pretty sure that there was sufficient credit given to Mr. King in my post such that it would not be in doubt as to the authorship.
